I am happy to announce that Platinum Notes 4.0 is available now! We've sent out upgrade links to the email address that was used for the original license purchase. If you haven't received your upgrade email please write contact@mixedinkey.com. For the quickest response log into your PayPal or Google Checkout account and look up your History tab (they should have a record of all purchases made since the opening of your account). We may need help to locate your transaction details, so a copy/paste (not a screenshot please) from the History tab will help. Also, please include the email address and name that the software was originally purchased with. We will send you the upgrade link as soon as we have more information.

Once a product is more mature and upgrades are less of a necessity the upgrades are paid upgrades. And what do u call an 'old' version? I have pn3.2 now?
PN 3.2 is an awesome product, and has the same foundation as PN 4.0. Your files will change, but it won't be a drastic difference. If you're happy with 3.2, keep using it:) If you want the latest work from our team, grab the new 4.0. Download requests should be sent to contact@mixedinkey.com. This is the original poster of the I won't buy it, or it should at least be lower priced.
I enjoy it but the new one is NOT that much of a bigger deal than what I already have. I know u work hard on it but, slapping a new number on it doesn't make it that much more awesome! I think I got a free upgrade of mixed in key, which is by far my favorite product of yours.
I'm just saying u would easily and painlessly get me to upgrade for $20. That is a reasonable price for the new upgrade. Oh yeah I upgrade computers because mine becomes obsolete, of which my MacBook and my platinum notes are not yet. Raji Rabbit Fan of yours, but opinion voice-er. I have never posted on any blog before but after reading quotes like Outragous, Sham, Should be free???? Are you guys for real!!
Its a business NOT a charity People need to earn a living I have no idea how many people and hours it has taken to produce a upgrade (hundreds I presume) but to have someone say all the hard work is worth only worth $20 i would find insulting If you are too tight to upgrade then DONT!! And keep your tight ass comments to yourself.awesome software by the way guys keep up the good work. On Saturday, June 22, 2013 2:13 PM PaulR wrote: Wow!!! And keep your tight ass comments to yourself.awesome software by the way guys keep up the good work I was just stating an opinion, I still speak highly of the software itself, in fact I referred someone to buy it and they did last week. So I don't mean to come across as unsupportive, nor an a**hole. Businesses also succeed by encouraging and listening to feedback. Soooo if my honest opinion offended u I'm sorry. Bottom line - great products I use and refer people to use.
